SHIPPING

• Free shipping on all orders.
• Prepaid Orders: Get an extra 10% off when you pay online.
• Partial COD: Pay a ₹160 advance now, and the balance at delivery. (Note: The ₹160 advance is non-refundable if the parcel is rejected or cancelled post-dispatch).
• Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days.
• Delivery timelines range between 3–10 working days, depending on the delivery pincode.
• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email to track your order.

RETURNS

• We have a 5-day return window from the date of delivery.
• Returned products must be unused, unworn, and have original tags intact.
• Slight color variations caused by lighting, photography, or screen resolution are natural and are not considered manufacturing defects. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted on this basis.
• If the delivery pincode is outside our reverse pickup service area, the customer will be required to self-ship the product.
• Refund Process: Once the returned product is received at our warehouse and passes quality control (QC), the refund will be initiated. Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after QC approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable. (For accepted returns on Partial COD orders, the ₹160 advance is included in your final refund).

EXCHANGE

• We offer free exchange within 5 days of delivery.
• There are no additional charges for exchange orders.

Important notes:

• Size exchange is subject to availability.
• If the exchanged product is of a lower value, the balance amount will be issued as store credit.
• In case of receiving an incorrect product, please share a package unboxing video for verification.
