2. Use of Services

You may use our website and services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, or engage in any activity that could harm our brand, systems, or customers.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to display product details, descriptions, images, and prices accurately. However, slight variations in colors, textures, or measurements may occur due to photography, lighting, or device screens. Such variations will not be treated as defects.

4. Orders and Payments

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.
Prices are displayed in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes (unless otherwise stated).
Payments must be completed through the secure gateways provided at checkout, currently PayU for online payments, or Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:

The product is out of stock,
Payment authorization fails, or
We suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We work with trusted courier partners (via Shiprocket) to deliver your orders.

Shipping timelines will be displayed at checkout, but actual delivery may vary due to factors outside our control (logistics delays, strikes, weather, etc.).
Once an order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via email/WhatsApp.
We are not responsible for delays after dispatch, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving courier issues.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Returns & Refunds: Customers have 5 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags.
Exchanges: You may place a new order for a different size/style and return the original item. In certain cases, we may arrange a direct size exchange if stock is available.
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not already been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, graphics, logos, and designs—is the property of Kavyaantra. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide a smooth shopping experience, Kavyaantra will not be liable for:

Delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control,
Minor variations in product appearance,
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

Our responsibility is limited to the value of the order placed by you.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.
