Refund policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return The fastest way to start a return is to log into your account on our website. Simply navigate to the 'Your Orders' tab and submit a return request directly for the eligible item.

Alternatively, you can contact us at kavyaantra23@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup through our delivery partner and share the instructions with you. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Handling Fee To maintain the premium quality of our services and ensure sustainable logistics, a nominal Reverse Shipping Fee of ₹160 is applicable on all returns to cover the courier pickup costs.

  • For Prepaid Orders: The ₹160 reverse shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

  • For Partial COD Orders: The ₹160 advance paid at checkout will be retained to cover the reverse shipping costs. The balance amount paid at the time of delivery will be fully refunded to your bank account.

  • (Note: In the rare event of a damaged or incorrect item being delivered, this fee is completely waived).

Damages and Issues : Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no extra cost to you. 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Please contact us if you have any questions about a specific item before purchasing — our team will be happy to guide you. We cannot accept returns on:

  • Color Variations: Slight color variations caused by lighting, photography, or screen resolution are natural and are not considered manufacturing defects. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted on this basis
  • Gift cards

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered after delivery This ensures every customer receives their order in fresh, premium condition.

Exchanges We want you to find your perfect fit. If you’d like a different size or style, please place a new order and return the original item. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll notify you right away. 

Exchanges are completely free of charge — no reverse shipping fee is applicable on size or style exchanges. Simply contact us within 3 days of delivery at kavyaantra23@gmail.com or WhatsApp: 6264115534 to initiate your exchange."

In special cases (if the item is still in stock), we may be able to arrange a direct size exchange. Please contact our team at kavyaantra23@gmail.com or WhatsApp: 6264115534 and we’ll be happy to assist you. Note: As our collections are limited, exchanges are always subject to availability.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved.

  • Prepaid Orders: If approved, the refund (minus the ₹160 reverse shipping fee) will be processed to your original payment method within 15–20 business days.

  • Partial COD Orders: For approved returns, our team will request your Bank Account or UPI details to process the refund of the balance amount paid at delivery within 15–20 business days.

Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at kavyaantra23@gmail.com.
