At Kavyaantra, we are committed to providing a seamless and premium shopping experience. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders within India and, in the future, internationally.

1. Order Processing

All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation of payment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We ship all orders across India using our trusted courier partner, Shiprocket.
Standard delivery usually takes 4–7 business days, excluding the processing time.
In some cases (remote locations, peak seasons, or unforeseen events), delivery may take up to 10 business days.
Shipping is free on every order, no minimum purchase required.

3. Payment Options & Partial COD

To ensure a secure and efficient delivery experience, we offer two payment pathways:

Prepaid Orders (Recommended): Enjoy an exclusive 10% extra discount on your order when you pay online at checkout.
Partial COD: You can secure your order with a nominal ₹160 advance payment. The remaining balance is payable at the time of delivery.
Partial COD Terms: The ₹160 advance serves as a shipping and handling commitment fee. Please note that this advance is strictly non-refundable if the parcel is rejected at the time of delivery (RTO) or if the order is cancelled after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp.
You can track your order directly through the courier partner to know the latest updates.

5. Delays & Disclaimer

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control such as courier delays, weather, strikes, or peak season traffic.
Kavyaantra is not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the order is dispatched.
We will, however, assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues promptly.

6. International Shipping (Coming Soon)

We plan to offer international shipping in the near future. Details regarding shipping charges, timelines, and policies for international orders will be updated on our website when available.
