SHIPPING
- Free shipping on all orders.
- Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days.
- Delivery timelines range between 3–10 working days, depending on the delivery pincode.
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email to track your order.
EXCHANGE
- We offer free exchange within 5 days of delivery.
- There are no additional charges for exchange orders.
Important notes:
- Size exchange is subject to availability.
- If the exchanged product is of a lower value, the balance amount will be issued as store credit.
- In case of receiving an incorrect product, please share a package unboxing video for verification.
RETURNS
- We have a 5-day return window from the date of delivery.
- Returned products must be unused, unworn, and have original tags intact.
- Slight color variations caused by lighting, photography, or screen resolution are natural and are not considered manufacturing defects. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted on this basis.
- If the delivery pincode is outside our reverse pickup service area, the customer will be required to self-ship the product.
Refund Process:
- Once the returned product is received at our warehouse and passes quality control (QC), the refund will be initiated.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after QC approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable.
